Roka SL-1

These are my go-to sunglasses for most occasions. They work great on the bike but also grip your face really well so they are perfect for running as well. They are very light and you do not notice you are wearing them.

It can be a bit difficult to get the smudges off. If you are riding in the time trial position, they do not quite go high enough and you can end up looking over the top of them. However, Roka so a max version that is taller specifically for this purpose.
