Roka SIM Pro II buoyancy shorts
These shorts provide additional buoyancy to help you feel like you are wearing a wetsuit while in the pool. They are tough to get into, like a wetsuit, and do deliver on buoyancy.
I found these very useful in the early days when I was still getting the basics of my front crawl technique. That said, I rarely use them anymore.
