This is a 40-minute workout class for endurance athletes. It's perfect for cyclists, runners and triathletes. It's an at-home workout and you won't need any special gym equipment.

Balance is super important for maintaining speed on the bike, especially in the aero position, and for good running economy. The more we move side-to-side, the less energy we have for going forward.

This class will take you through a series of exercises designed to improve and strengthen your balance.
